Coming to Le Louise Hotel Brussels means discovering Maison Louise – Kitchen. Bar. Garden, whose menu is signed by chef Isabelle Arpin, at the head of two restaurants and known for her inventive and delicate cuisine, signs the menu of Maison Louise – Kitchen. Bar. Garden where she sows her good humor, her love of cooking, her benevolence by working with respect for seasonal products. Together with Adwin Fontein, the executive chef, they honor Belgian cuisine.
At the same time convivial, chic and faithful to its history, the hotel has kept in the dining room, sometimes ideal for a drink, sometimes for a dinner, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, in direct harmony with the menu and its homage to Belgium.
